Thanks to everyone who voted for me!

Mahadevi means The Great Goddess : )

The most ambitious project yet. This was made for a challenge in Starving Jewelry Artist Forum. The theme was Bollywood. Bollywood is Indian Movie industry. So here i made Indian inspired design in wire wrapped technique. This necklace is entirely handmade by me. including the clasp, the chain, everything but the wire. ;)

Technical specifications:

NECKLACE:
- 920 cm long silver wire used
- 324 copper beads; 259 of them are the 2mm ones.
- 36 handmade ballpins
- 28 handmade chain links.
- 23 swarovski crystals beads
- 14 hours spent to make the set in 3 days
- 6 cocoon beads
- 5 teardrop shaped jade


EARRINGS:
- 254 cm long silver wire used
- 96 copper beads; 76 of them are the 2mm ones
- 6 handmade ballpins
- 4 swarovski crystal beads
- 2 handmade earwires


everything in this necklace are handmade. including the jumprings!
